Process Consultancy
In organizational development, a Process Consultant is a facilitator who helps a group to deal with issues involving the process rather than the tasks.
A process consultant is someone who skillfully helps a group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan to achieve them without taking a biased stance in a discussion. He or she is a 'content neutral' party who by not taking sides or expressing or advocating a point of view during the meeting, can yet advocate for fair, open, and inclusive procedures to accomplish the group’s goals.
